Realtors are KEY with the A-GOOD-DEED Contract for Deed Program
All new contract for deed buyers using the A-Good-Deed program MUST be represented by either a Realtor or attorney.
MLS access is needed to show properties, draft purchase agreement and addendums, assist with coordinating buying activities, preliminary property valuation analysis, offer strategy, etc. Realtors are a great resource for buyers (and investors) and help all parties in moving forward with the property purchase. All realtors are paid a commission for their role of exclusive representation of the A-Good-Deed contract for deed buyer.
A-Good-Deed highly suggests all buyers use their attorney to review documents and confirm our program is a good fit for their circumstances.
